CNN says New Orleans is Richer and Paler than it was because the Black people haven't returned but it is still 72 percent non-white and the poverty level is 23 percent. Twice the National average. dang I wonder why? Is it because 65 percent of them are on welfare and don't work and are given free checks because they are black. Get your lazy asses to work. The working people are tired of feeding you.
